Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager, located in Hyderabad. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales strategies, meeting sales targets, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and identifying potential sales opportunities. This role involves creating and presenting sales reports, analyzing market trends, and collaborating with marketing and project teams to optimize sales performance. The Sales Manager will also actively engage with prospective customers, conduct site visits, and ensure that their experience aligns with the company's vision.
Qualifications
- Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency in market research and analysis to understand trends and customer behavior
- Proven ability in team collaboration, sales planning, and achieving targets
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge and experience in the real estate industry are preferred
- Proficiency in CRM tools, data analysis, and reporting
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is a plus
- Self-motivated, proactive, and customer-focused approach
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
