Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:

  • Identify and acquire new customers, particularly those in the Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) market.
  • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key clients, especially their CFOs and promoters.
  • Actively cross-sell other banking products, such as current accounts, deposits, and trade finance.

Solution Development & Presentation:

  • Understand client businesses, their cash flow cycles, and working capital needs.
  • Recommend and present customized working capital solutions, including fund-based and non-fund-based products.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve client cash flow and optimize their working capital.

Internal Collaboration:

  • Liaise with internal teams, including credit, operations, and product development, to ensure smooth processing and delivery of solutions.
  • Provide feedback to the central team on product features and process improvements based on market trends and customer needs.

Sales Strategy & Performance:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends and competitive activities to enhance the company's brand presence.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through quality customer service.

Portfolio Management:

  • Continuously increase the size and profitability of the assigned client portfolio.
  • Monitor client accounts for compliance with loan stipulations and end-use of funds.
  • Manage delinquent accounts and initiate recovery processes when necessary.
