Qualification: B.Sc / M.Sc preferred or any graduate

Experience: 1012 years of relevant experience

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new B2B leads through online and offline channels.
  • Achieve sales targets and drive business growth in volume and value.
  • Handle price negotiation and order confirmation with clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends.
  • Have strong knowledge of Sulphur, MGO, Zinc Sulphate, Feed Additives (Livestock Feed) and Industrial Urea.
  • Manage end-to-end sales process from lead generation to order closure and ensure timely payment collection.
  • Plan and execute product promotions, events, trade shows, and marketing activities.
  • Travel for business development 1520 days per month across cities and states.
Skills Required

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Experience in fertilizer, feed additives, or cattle feed industry preferred.

Good knowledge of market trends and sales strategies.

Willingness to travel frequently.
