Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Surat. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, building and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and meeting sales targets. Additionally, the Sales Manager will provide product presentations, negotiate contracts, analyze market trends, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer engagement and achieve organizational goals.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in sales strategy development, market analysis, and achieving sales targets
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for building lasting client relationships
  • Knowledge of the construction or geosynthetics industry is an advantage
  • Problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or related field
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to travel to meet clients and attend industry events as required
