Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales growth and meet targets by effectively managing and motivating the sales team.
  • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company's customer base and ensures strong market presence.
  • Own the recruitment, goal-setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of the sales team.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Present sales, revenue, and expense reports along with realistic forecasts to the management team.
  • Identify emerging markets, industry trends, and shifts while staying fully aware of new products and competitor activities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
