Responsibilities
1. Sales & Revenue Growth
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets for digital marketing solutions - Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing, Email Marketing, Corporate Video Shoots, Animation Projects, website design and development etc.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through field sales, networking, and referrals.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the customer base and drive revenue growth.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals profitably.
2. New Client Acquisition (B2B Sales)
- Prospect and generate leads through cold calling, field visits, referrals, and industry events.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline with accurate forecasting.
- Collaborate with inhouse marketing teams to leverage inbound leads and campaigns.
3. Client Relationship Management
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers (CMOs, CEOs, Marketing Heads).
- Understand client pain points and propose tailored digital marketing solutions.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction to drive renewals and upsell opportunities.
4. Market & Competitor Analysis
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and pricing strategies.
- Provide feedback to the product/marketing team for service improvements.
