Role Description

The Sales Manager position is a full-time, on-site role based in Gandhidham. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth. This includes managing key accounts, identifying potential new clients, maintaining strong customer relationships, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with other departments to ensure smooth operations, track market trends, and provide regular performance reports to management. Exceptional customer service and effective negotiation skills are crucial for success in this role.

Qualifications
  • Keen understanding of Sales Strategy, Business Development, and Revenue Generation
  • Proven ability in Account Management, Client Relationship Building, and Negotiation
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with attention to detail
  • Market analysis acumen and identifying growth opportunities in the hospitality sector
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic team environment and collaborate across departments
  • Experience in the hospitality, travel, or event management industry is advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
