Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time Sales Manager role based in Delhi, India. The Sales Manager will oversee and lead sales operations, identify market opportunities, and develop key client relationships to drive revenue growth. Responsibilities include creating sales strategies, meeting targets, building partnerships with clients and stakeholders, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additionally, the Sales Manager will work closely with medical professionals and hospitals to understand and respond to their needs effectively.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in Sales Management and Client Relationship Management
  • Strong skills in Business Development, Strategic Planning, and Market Analysis
  • Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Problem-Solving abilities
  • In-depth knowledge of the healthcare or medical industry is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment while managing multiple projects and priorities effectively
