Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Growth:
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth across the business.
- Identify opportunities for growth within the market and execute new sales initiatives.
Channel & Team Management:
- Manage DSA and channel partners to ensure smooth operations and achieve sales targets.
- Train and guide sales staff to enhance their selling skills and product knowledge.
- Build strong relationships with partners and stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction.
Operations & Compliance:
- Oversee login and disbursement processes to ensure timely and accurate service.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, and legal guidelines.
- Coordinate with internal teams to improve sales performance and customer service.
Monitoring & Reporting:
- Monitor sales metrics and report performance to senior management.
- Maintain strong knowledge of Personal Loans (PL), Business Loans (BL), and Retail Finance products.
