Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy & Growth:

  • Develop strategies to drive sales growth across secured and unsecured business products.
  • Identify market opportunities and implement new sales initiatives.
  • Monitor sales metrics and report performance to senior management.

Channel & Partner Management:

  • Manage DSA and channel partners to ensure smooth operations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partners and stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction.

Operations & Compliance:

  • Oversee login and disbursement processes for timely and accurate service.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and legal guidelines.

Product Knowledge & Team Development:

  • Develop and maintain strong knowledge of Personal Loans (PL), Business Loans (BL), and Retail Finance products.
  • Train and guide sales staff to improve product knowledge and selling skills.
  • Coordinate with team members to enhance overall sales performance and customer service.
