Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Growth:
- Develop strategies to drive sales growth across secured and unsecured business products.
- Identify market opportunities and implement new sales initiatives.
- Monitor sales metrics and report performance to senior management.
Channel & Partner Management:
- Manage DSA and channel partners to ensure smooth operations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partners and stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction.
Operations & Compliance:
- Oversee login and disbursement processes for timely and accurate service.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and legal guidelines.
Product Knowledge & Team Development:
- Develop and maintain strong knowledge of Personal Loans (PL), Business Loans (BL), and Retail Finance products.
- Train and guide sales staff to improve product knowledge and selling skills.
- Coordinate with team members to enhance overall sales performance and customer service.
