Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy & Growth:

  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth across the business.
  • Identify market opportunities and execute new sales initiatives to expand customer base.

Channel & Partner Management:

  • Manage DSA and channel partners to ensure smooth operations and consistent business flow.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partners and stakeholders.

Operations & Disbursement:

  • Oversee login and disbursement processes ensuring accuracy and timely service delivery.
  • Ensure adherence to internal processes and compliance guidelines.

Product & Market Expertise:

  • Develop strong knowledge of Home Loans (HL), Loan Against Property (LAP), and Retail Finance products.
  • Effectively promote products to potential customers based on their needs.

Team Management & Performance:

  • Train and guide sales staff to enhance selling skills and product knowledge.
  • Monitor sales metrics and report performance to senior management.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to improve sales performance and customer service.
