Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Growth:
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth across the business.
- Identify market opportunities and execute new sales initiatives to expand customer base.
Channel & Partner Management:
- Manage DSA and channel partners to ensure smooth operations and consistent business flow.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partners and stakeholders.
Operations & Disbursement:
- Oversee login and disbursement processes ensuring accuracy and timely service delivery.
- Ensure adherence to internal processes and compliance guidelines.
Product & Market Expertise:
- Develop strong knowledge of Home Loans (HL), Loan Against Property (LAP), and Retail Finance products.
- Effectively promote products to potential customers based on their needs.
Team Management & Performance:
- Train and guide sales staff to enhance selling skills and product knowledge.
- Monitor sales metrics and report performance to senior management.
- Coordinate with internal teams to improve sales performance and customer service.
