Sales Manager / Sales General Manager

Role Responsibilities:

• Drive team performance to achieve B2B revenue targets in fintech/legal-tech services
• Oversee lead conversion, CRM hygiene, and sales forecasting accuracy
• Conduct training, reviews, and coaching to improve consultative selling
• Liaise with delivery and support teams for client satisfaction

Key Deliverables:

• Implement sales plans for offerings like GST, tax, and company incorporation
• Ensure consistent funnel movement and lead pipeline health
• Maintain high sales productivity through dashboards and daily metrics
• Submit weekly sales analysis and recommendations to senior leadership
