Job Overview:Cosderma Cosmoceutical Pvt. Ltd. is hiring motivated and goal-oriented Sales Managers and Executives to drive product sales in the skincare and cosmeceutical industry. Key Responsibilities:- Pitch and sell our skincare and cosmeceutical products to dermatologists, skin clinics, salons, and cosmetic retailers.
- Generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and convert prospects into customers.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.
- Coordinate with the internal team for order processing and customer service.
- Attend training sessions, events, and promotional activities as required.
Requirements:- Minimum 1 year of sales experience, preferably in skincare, pharmaceutical, derma, or healthcare products.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence in presenting and explaining products.
- Ability to work independently and handle field sales.
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Email, WhatsApp communication).
- Fluency in English, Hindi, and/or Marathi is a plus.
