Job Description

Note :- We have 02 openings for the mentioned positions in the following locations:

  1. Mumbai
  2. Vadodara

Role Summary

The Sr. Executive / Territory Manager is responsible for driving growth and expansion of direct sales within the assigned region. This position falls under the Business Development department and will be based in Mumbai and Vadodara for the respective openings.

Responsibilities

  • Present, promote, and sell Molecular Diagnostic medical equipment and reagents.
  • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis for existing and potential customers.
  • Establish, develop, and maintain strong business and customer relationships.
  • Reach out to customer leads through cold calling.
  • Ensure prompt resolution of customer issues and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
  • Achieve agreed-upon sales targets within the defined timelines.
  • Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
  • Analyze territory/market potential and prepare sales and status reports.

Skills Required

  • Proven experience as a sales representative for molecular diagnostic products.
  • Strong rapport with key opinion leaders and established customer relationships in clinical labs and hospitals.
  • Highly motivated and target-driven with a strong sales track record.
  • Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

  • B.Sc./M.Sc. in Biotechnology/Molecular Biology or MBA.
  • 5+ years of relevant work experience in Diagnostics Industry.
