Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager & Sales Engineer focused on Life Science Solution based in Hyderabad ,Bangalore ,Chennai & Ahmedabad. The responsibilities include developing sales strategies, identifying potential clients, managing client relationships, and providing technical support for Life Science solutions. The role also involves preparing proposals, coordinating with engineering teams, and ensuring customer satisfaction through tailored solutions that meet their specific requirements.

Qualifications

• Strong background in Sales Strategy, Client Relationship Management, and Account Management
• Technical expertise in understanding Regulatory Compliance Requirement of life science processes
• Experience in Proposal Preparation, Project Coordination, and aligning client requirements with technical solutions
• Effective Communication, Negotiation, and Interpersonal Skills
• Educational background in Engineering, Biotechnology, or a related life science field is preferred
• Proven experience in the life sciences, automation, or technology domains is advantageous
• Proactive problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused approach
