Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager, located in Gurgaon. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales strategies, managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets. The role includes collaborating with the marketing and product teams to streamline sales processes and develop effective sales pitches. The Sales Manager will also be involved in training and mentoring junior sales team members to ensure continuous performance improvement.

Qualifications
  • Proven sales experience and the ability to meet or exceed targets
  • Strong client relationship management and customer service skills
  • Experience in developing and executing sales strategies
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities
  • Experience working with influencer marketing or digital content strategies is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Ability to work on-site in Gurgaon
