As we expand our residential portfolio across apartments, villas, and premium homes, we are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Residential Interior Sales Manager who can lead projects with care, precision, and accountability.

Role Overview

The Residential Interior Sales Manager will take complete ownership of residential interior projects from design approval to final handover. This role requires a strong balance of technical expertise, client management skills, and on-site leadership.

You will act as the bridge between clients, designers, site teams, and vendors ensuring smooth coordination, timely execution, cost control, and exceptional finishing quality. Residential projects demand attention to detail and emotional intelligence, as homeowners are deeply invested in every aspect of their space. Your ability to manage expectations and deliver excellence will define the client experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage complete lifecycle of residential interior projects including apartments, villas, and luxury homes.
  • Develop project schedules, execution plans, and resource allocation strategies.
  • Coordinate closely with the design team to ensure drawings are accurately executed on site.
  • Supervise contractors, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, and vendors for smooth workflow.
  • Monitor quality of materials, finishes, and detailing to meet brand standards.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure progress aligns with timelines.
  • Manage budgeting, cost tracking, and billing coordination.
  • Handle client meetings, updates, approvals, and feedback professionally.
  • Identify and resolve site-level challenges proactively to avoid delays.
  • Ensure final handover is completed with precision and high client satisfaction.

Candidate Profile

  • 1-5 years of proven experience in residential interior project execution.
  • Strong understanding of modular kitchens, wardrobes, custom furniture, false ceilings, lighting, and finishing materials.
  • Experience managing multiple residential sites simultaneously.
  • Strong client communication and expectation-management skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a quality-first mindset.
  • Ability to maintain discipline, timelines, and site coordination under pressure.
  • Professional, organized, and solution-driven approach.
