Position Overview
We are seeking a highly accomplished and result-orientedSales Managerto lead and drive sales for premium residential real estate projects in Mansarovar, Jaipur. This is a senior leadership role designed for a professional with strong market expertise, proven closing ability, and a track record of managing high-performing sales teams.
The ideal candidate will play a critical role in revenue growth, strategic planning, and delivering exceptional client experiences.
Minimum 810 years of real estate sales experience is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to consistently achieve ambitious revenue targets
- Drive end-to-end sales strategy from lead conversion to deal closure
- Handle high-value client interactions, negotiations, and premium deal closings
- Oversee client site visits and ensure a superior customer experience
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with company growth objectives
- Build and strengthen relationships with channel partners and key stakeholders
- Monitor sales pipeline, forecasts, and performance analytics
- Collaborate with marketing and CRM teams to optimize lead management

Required Qualifications & Expertise
- Graduate or MBA in Sales/Marketing or related field preferred
- 810+ years of proven experience in residential real estate sales (mandatory)
- Demonstrated leadership and team management success
- Exceptional negotiation and closing skills
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking ability
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Deep understanding of the Jaipur real estate market preferred
