Position Summary
This role is responsible for managing and expanding distribution channels across assigned South Asia markets to drive sustainable business growth. The Regional Sales Manager will work closely with distributor partners while also developing direct business relationships with key end customers, opinion leaders, and stakeholders to strengthen Dornier MedTech's market presence.
The role requires a highly driven and independent sales professional with strong business development capabilities and adapt quickly in a dynamic market by adopting a proactive approach to support distributors, customers, and critical commercial activities.
This position involves frequent regional travel and close collaboration with crossfunctional teams to ensure sales growth, brand positioning, and service excellence across markets. This is an individual contributor role working alongside other Sales Managers, Operations and Service teams to drive our growth vision.
