Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage assigned international markets through distributors, sales representatives, and key channel partners.
  • Drive sales revenue, sell-through, market development, and business growth across assigned countries.
  • Prepare go-to-market plans, quarterly business plans, sales forecasts, and key account action plans.
  • Work with distributors and partners to monitor sales performance, stock levels, ageing inventory, replenishment needs, and market opportunities.
  • Coordinate with marketing teams on product launches, retail activations, demand-generation campaigns, promotions, and channel marketing programs.
  • Liaise with operations and finance teams to ensure timely shipment fulfilment, payment collection, account receivable follow-up, and smooth business execution.
  • Ensure distributors and channel partners comply with company brand guidelines, pricing direction, product information standards, and campaign requirements.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with distributors, sales representatives, and key partners to track performance, identify gaps, and improve execution.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of sales, channel management, distributor management, or regional sales experience.
  • Experience in consumer electronics, IT products, audio products, gaming products, or related technology categories is preferred.
  • Experience managing international distributors, sales representatives, or regional channel partners.
  • Experience working with markets such as Australia, New Zealand, Turkey, or Korea will be an advantage.
  • Strong understanding of sell-in, sell-through, forecasting, stock management, channel margins, and business planning.
  • Able to work independently, manage multiple markets, and coordinate effectively with sales, marketing, operations, and finance teams.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
