Job Description

We are looking for a Sales Manager who comes with an existing network of real estate Channel Partners (CPs) and understands how to sell high-ticket services and programs to them.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Activate, engage, and monetize your existing CP relationships
  • Drive program sales (DAP, LME, Lead Gen Services)
  • Build a consistent pipeline of serious buyers

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leverage your existing channel partner network to generate qualified opportunities
  • Sell high-ticket programs (₹50K – ₹2L+) to CPs
  • Conduct discovery calls and understand CP business challenges
  • Present structured solutions (not just pitching services)
  • Follow up and close deals through calls, WhatsApp, and meetings
  • Coordinate with internal team for onboarding and delivery
  • Maintain pipeline and revenue targets

Ideal Candidate Profile (VERY IMPORTANT)

We are specifically looking for candidates who:

  • Have 2–5+ years experience in real estate portals / developer sales / CP ecosystem
  • Have worked with companies like:
  • 99acres
  • MagicBricks
  • Housing
  • Have an existing active database or relationships with Channel Partners

Understand:

  • CP psychology
  • Lead generation challenges
  • Are comfortable selling high-ticket services (not just subscriptions)

  • Are strong in:

    • Follow-ups
    • Relationship management
    • Closing
