Key Responsibilities
Sales & Revenue Generation
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Generate and convert leads through various channels including referrals, digital platforms, channel partners, and direct marketing.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
- Conduct project presentations, site visits, and client meetings.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with HNIs, investors, corporate clients, and channel partners.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable investment opportunities.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and post-sales support.
- Maintain an updated client database and sales pipeline.
Business Development
- Identify new business opportunities and market trends.
- Develop strategic alliances with brokers, consultants, and channel partners.
- Participate in exhibitions, property events, and networking activities.
- Provide market intelligence and competitor analysis to management.
Required Qualifications
- Master's/Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.
