Job Title: Sales Manager – Real EstateSales

About the Company

We are a leading real estate advisory and development firm based in Connaught Place, New Delhi, specializing in premium residential, commercial, and investment-focused real estate opportunities. We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts, drive revenue growth, and build long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Revenue Generation
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Generate and convert leads through various channels including referrals, digital platforms, channel partners, and direct marketing.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
  • Conduct project presentations, site visits, and client meetings.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue.
Client Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with HNIs, investors, corporate clients, and channel partners.
  • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable investment opportunities.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and post-sales support.
  • Maintain an updated client database and sales pipeline.

Business Development
  • Identify new business opportunities and market trends.
  • Develop strategic alliances with brokers, consultants, and channel partners.
  • Participate in exhibitions, property events, and networking activities.
  • Provide market intelligence and competitor analysis to management.

Required Qualifications
  • Master's/Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.
  • Strong understanding of real estate market dynamics.
