About The Role

We're seeking a motivated Sales manager with experience in real estate sales to join our team. Your primary role will be talking to customers and guiding them to the right investment opportunities. Apart from fixed compensation, you will be rewarded incentives for each sale made with no upper cap.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve your sales targets: Consistently achieve monthly sales targets & contribute to overall business growth.
  • Lead Management: Work on leads provided through the company CRM. Call, engage, and qualify prospects.
  • Client Engagement: Pitch project details, understand client needs, and build rapport.
  • Meetings & Visits: Invite clients for office meetings or schedule/conduct site visits to showcase the projects
  • Sales Closure: Present solutions, negotiate, and close deals confidently while maintaining professionalism.
  • Documentation: Ensure smooth processing of all paperwork and client documentation.
  • After-Sales Relationship: Build long-term trust and client satisfaction post-sale.

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills in both English and Hindi
  • Real estate sales experience is mandatory
  • Excellent negotiation skills
