Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager in Real Estate, based in Hyderabad. The Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to potential buyers and sellers, maintaining relationships with clients, and negotiating brokering deals. Key tasks include monitoring real estate market trends, providing guidance to clients on pricing, ensuring seamless transactions, and meeting sales targets. The role also involves leading a team to achieve business growth and managing client portfolios effectively.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Sales and Negotiation, with the ability to close deals effectively
  • Strong Communication and Presentation skills to establish and maintain client relationships
  • Excellent Market Analysis and Research capabilities for identifying opportunities and trends
  • Experience in Team Leadership and Client Management
  • Knowledge of Real Estate regulations, transactions, and market conditions
  • Adaptability, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
  • Relevant experience in sales or real estate, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
