Job Description

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve project-wise and organizational revenue targets.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to maximize performance and productivity.
  • Drive sales closures through direct customer interactions, negotiations, and relationship management.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, brokers, financial institutions, and key stakeholders.
  • Monitor sales pipelines, inventory movement, and conversion ratios.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to recommend business strategies.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams on lead-generation campaigns, project launches, and promotional activities.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and periodic performance reviews for management.
  • Ensure exceptional customer experience from inquiry to handover.
  • Support management in pricing strategies, inventory planning, and revenue optimization.
