Job Description

We are currently looking to onboard a Sales Manager for a fast-growing builder company handling projects in Chikkaballapura, North Bangalore.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Be present at both project sites in Chikkaballapura, North Bangalore as per the work schedule.
  • Handle customer site visits and explain project details clearly.
  • Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable property options.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, marketing teams, and channel partners.
  • Follow up with leads after site visits and move them toward booking.
  • Maintain daily reports of site visits, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, brokers, and channel partners.
  • Support sales negotiations and documentation coordination.
  • Ensure a professional and positive customer experience at the site.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in real estate sales is preferred.
  • Experience in handling site visits, customer meetings, and sales closures.
  • Good communication, presentation, and convincing skills.
  • Ability to work from project sites in Chikkaballapura/North Bangalore.
  • Knowledge of the North Bangalore real estate market will be an added advantage.
  • Must be target-driven, disciplined, and proactive.
  • Kannada, English, and Hindi communication skills preferred.
  • Two-wheeler/four-wheeler availability is preferred.
