We are currently looking to onboard a
Sales Manager for a fast-growing builder company handling projects in
Chikkaballapura, North Bangalore.
Role & Responsibilities
- Be present at both project sites in Chikkaballapura, North Bangalore as per the work schedule.
- Handle customer site visits and explain project details clearly.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable property options.
- Coordinate with internal teams, marketing teams, and channel partners.
- Follow up with leads after site visits and move them toward booking.
- Maintain daily reports of site visits, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Build strong relationships with customers, brokers, and channel partners.
- Support sales negotiations and documentation coordination.
- Ensure a professional and positive customer experience at the site.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
Requirements
- Prior experience in real estate sales is preferred.
- Experience in handling site visits, customer meetings, and sales closures.
- Good communication, presentation, and convincing skills.
- Ability to work from project sites in Chikkaballapura/North Bangalore.
- Knowledge of the North Bangalore real estate market will be an added advantage.
- Must be target-driven, disciplined, and proactive.
- Kannada, English, and Hindi communication skills preferred.
- Two-wheeler/four-wheeler availability is preferred.
