- Market Intelligence:Stay updated on industry trends, local real estate laws, and competitor activities to adjust pricing and strategy.
- Client Management:Build relationships with key clients and support agents in negotiating and closing high-value deals.
- Operations & Compliance:Ensure all sales activities comply with legal standards, company policies, and ethical guidelines.
Qualifications and Skills
- Experience:Proven experience as a real estate sales manager or agent, with a track record of meeting targets.
- Leadership:Strong coaching, mentoring, and team management skills.
