Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership:Hire, train, mentor, and motivate sales agents to achieve or exceed individual and team sales quotas.
  • Strategic Planning:Develop and implement effective sales strategies, marketing plans, and action plans to increase sales volume.
  • Performance Management:Monitor, analyze, and report on sales performance metrics (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement.
  • Market Intelligence:Stay updated on industry trends, local real estate laws, and competitor activities to adjust pricing and strategy.
  • Client Management:Build relationships with key clients and support agents in negotiating and closing high-value deals.
  • Operations & Compliance:Ensure all sales activities comply with legal standards, company policies, and ethical guidelines.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Experience:Proven experience as a real estate sales manager or agent, with a track record of meeting targets.
  • Leadership:Strong coaching, mentoring, and team management skills.
  • Communication:Excellent negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Technical Skills:Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge:In-depth knowledge of real estate laws and the local property market.
