Job Description

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve room revenue, banquet, and event targets
Identify and secure new business opportunities including corporate clients, travel agents, and event planners
Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business
Conduct sales calls, client meetings, and site visits to promote hotel services
Coordinate with Front Office, F&B, and Banquet teams for seamless guest experience
Handle group bookings, conferences, weddings, and corporate events
Prepare proposals, contracts, and negotiate pricing with clients
Monitor competitor activities and market trends in the hospitality industry
Participate in sales promotions, exhibitions, and networking events
Ensure timely follow-ups and closure of leads
