Role Description

This is a full-time, work-from-office role based in Gachibowli, Hyderabad, for a Sales Manager focused on international B2B outreach.

You will not just manage sales. You will build pipelines from scratch and own the entire revenue journey.

From data mining and lead generation to cold outreach, relationship building, and closing deals, this role ends with ownership of the sales cycle.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Identifying and targeting potential clients across the US, Australia, the UK, Singapore, New Zealand, and the APAC markets
  • Executing cold email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and outbound sales strategies
  • Engaging directly with decision makers and converting leads into long-term clients
  • Managing and optimizing the sales funnel for consistent revenue growth
  • Collaborating with internal teams to align sales with product and marketing strategies, a high-impact, high ownership role for someone proactive, driven, and focused on closing.

Compensation

  • ₹12 to 20 LPA fixed, based on experience and performance
  • High-performance commissions based on sales with uncapped earning potential

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in B2B tech or IT sales, preferably in international markets
  • Hands-on experience with end-to-end outbound sales, including data mining, cold emailing, LinkedIn outreach, and closing
  • Strong exposure to global markets, including the US, Australia, UK, Singapore, and APAC
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Highly professional, self-driven, and target-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
  • MBA from a top B school preferred
  • Experience with CRM tools and sales automation platforms is a plus
