Job Summary

RAD Data Communications is seeking aresults-drivenSalesManager Telecomto lead and expand our presence in the Indian telecom market. The role involves driving revenue growth, managing key customer relationships, and working closely with internal teams to deliver value-driven solutions to service providers and enterprise customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute effectivesalesstrategies to achieve business objectives
  • Drive business development initiatives with Telecom Service Providers
  • Identify and pursue new market opportunities and strategic accounts
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product Management, Engineering, and Support teams
  • Manage the completesalescycle from opportunity identification to closure
  • Achieve assigned revenue targets and contribute to market expansion

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Minimum10+ years of experiencein telecomsalesand business development
  • Proven experience working withTelecom Service Providers and Critical Infrastructure
  • Strong track record of achieving and exceedingsalestargets
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Solid understanding of telecom technologies and solutions, including:
  • Industrial IoT (IIoT)
  • Carrier Ethernet
  • IP / MPLS networks
  • Ability to work independently and lead strategic initiatives
  • Experience in handling business development andsalesinneighboring countries and the GCC regionwill be a strong advantage.
