Role

QualityNZ is looking for an experienced B2B Sales professional to drive business growth across Karnataka, with a strong focus on the HoReCa and Foodservice segment.

The ideal candidate should have experience in F&B, foodservice, hospitality, imported/premium food products, meat, frozen foods or FMCG. Experience selling frozen food products will be strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales and business development across Karnataka.
• Acquire and manage hotels, restaurants, QSRs, caterers, institutions and key accounts.
• Build strong relationships with Chefs, Purchase/Procurement teams, F&B Managers and senior decision-makers.
• Develop new accounts and grow existing customer relationships.
• Identify market opportunities, customer requirements and competitive activity.
• Achieve agreed sales, volume and profitability targets.
• Build and expand QualityNZ's presence across the Karnataka HoReCa market.

Ideal Candidate

• Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience in HoReCa, Foodservice, F&B, hospitality or a related industry.
• Strong understanding of the Bengaluru/Karnataka HoReCa market.
• Existing relationships with hotels, restaurants, chefs, procurement teams and foodservice customers will be a strong advantage.
• Experience with frozen food, meat, seafood or imported/premium food products preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
• Self-driven, target-oriented and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel across Karnataka.
