Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead and drive our sales efforts across designated territories or sectors. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of B2B solution selling, experience with enterprise or healthcare clients, and a proven ability to meet or exceed revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve short and long-term business objectives.
  • Identify and acquire new clients while nurturing and growing existing relationships.
  • Lead client presentations, product demonstrations, and proposal development.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and technical teams to align solutions with client needs.
  • Monitor market trends, customer feedback, and competitive activity to identify opportunities.
  • Track and report key sales metrics (pipeline, closures, revenue forecasts).
  • Build and manage a high-performing sales team (if applicable).
  • Ensure compliance with company sales policies and ethical practices.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in sales, preferably in tech, SaaS, or healthcare solutions.
  • Strong network and experience in B2B enterprise sales.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Ability to work in a target-driven and dynamic environment.

Preferred Attributes:

  • Exposure to enterprise or government contracts.
  • Strong presentation and proposal writing skills.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset.
