About the RoleWe are looking for a driven and well-connected Sales Manager who can sell our complete suite of QSR & Restaurant Automation Solutions including Self-Ordering Kiosks, Drive-Thru Kiosks, Self-Order Tablets, QR Ordering, Pixel LED Walls, Digital Signage, Touch Tables, and Cloud CMS.
Your job is to open doors, meet decision-makers, demonstrate solutions, close deals, and grow revenue month-on-month.
This is a high-impact role for someone who understands how brands like QSRs, restaurants, cafs, hospitality buy technology.

Key Responsibilities1. Lead Generation & Prospecting- Target QSR chains, restaurants, cafs, cloud kitchens, malls, airports, hotels.
- Build a strong pipeline of prospects through LinkedIn, field visits, associations, events, and referrals.
- Identify decision-makers: Owners, CTO, COO, IT Head, Operations Head, Franchise Owners.
2. Product Demonstration- Conduct live demos of kiosks, CMS, LED walls, digital signage, and ordering systems.
- Explain technical features in simple, business language.
3. Sales Closures- Prepare proposals, quotations, ROI calculations, and business cases.
- Handle objections around cost, maintenance, AMC, and ROI.
- Close deals with monthly revenue targets.
4. Account Management- Build long-term relationships with QSR chains / franchisors.
- Ensure repeat orders and upsell new solutions (Touch Tables, LED, software).
- Coordinate with internal teams for delivery, installation, and after-sales.
5. Market Intelligence- Track competitor products like POSIFLEX, ESSL, Signage players.
- Identify industry trends (automation, contactless ordering, LED adoption).
- Share insights for pricing and product improvement.
Ideal Candidate Profile- Experience selling QSR / Restaurant Tech / POS / Kiosks / Digital Signage / LED / IT hardware
- Strong network in food chains, malls, airports, hotels, retail
- Understands hardware + software sales
- Comfortable with field work, demos, and monthly targets
