Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager based in Science City, Ahmedabad. The Sales Manager will lead sales initiatives, develop and execute sales strategies, and drive revenue growth by building and maintaining relationships with clients. Responsibilities include meeting sales targets, identifying new business opportunities, implementing sales plans, and collaborating with internal teams to satisfy client needs. The role also involves mentoring and managing a team of sales representatives to ensure their professional growth and productivity.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Sales Management, Client Relationship Management, and Business Development
  • Ability to develop and execute Sales Strategies and meet revenue targets
  • Strong Leadership, Team Management, and Mentoring skills
  • Proficiency in Communication, Negotiation, and Interpersonal skills
  • Analytical Thinking, Problem-Solving abilities, and Data-Driven Decision Making
  • Familiarity with Financial Services, Investment Solutions, and Risk Management is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
