Job Description – Sales Manager (Fire Safety IoT Products)

Role Purpose:
We are looking for a Sales & Key Account Executive who can drive new business acquisition + existing account growth for our Fire Safety IoT and Compliance Monitoring solutions.
This role blends Enterprise B2B Sales, Account Management, Revenue Ownership, and Customer Lifecycle Management — similar to SaaS business models.
Ideal for candidates with B2B SaaS, Key Account, CRM-Driven Sales, or Solution Selling experience.
We are looking for a Sales Manager responsible for business development, client acquisition, and revenue generation for our IoT-based Fire Safety Monitoring and Compliance solutions.
This role suits a marketing-oriented professional with strong communication skills and a target-driven mindset.
Experience Required- Minimum 3+ Years Experience in Sales / Marketing / Business Development
- B2B / Technology / Field Sales experience will be an advantage
Qualification- MBA – Marketing / Sales (Highly Preferred)
- B.Tech (Mechanical) + MBA – Most Preferred
- Strong preference for Marketing background candidates
Work LocationHyderabad, Telangana
(Work from Office + Client Meetings / Field Visits as required)
Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & Sales
- Identify and acquire new clients across commercial and industrial sectors
- Conduct product presentations and demos for decision-makers
- Generate qualified leads through networking, site visits, and referrals
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
Client Relationship Management- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
Market Development- Create awareness about IoT Fire Safety Monitoring solutions
- Represent the company at exhibitions, industry events, and meetings
- Gather market insights and competitor information
Reporting & Coordination- Maintain sales pipeline and client data in CRM / Excel
- Coordinate with technical and support teams for smooth delivery
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports

- Basic CRM / MS Excel / PowerPoint Knowledge
