Job Description

  • Sales Execution & Business Turnover:
  • Ensure timely and proper turnover of business for seamless service delivery
  • Assist in daily sales operations with focus on long-term, value-driven customer relationships
  • Achieve individual sales goals consistently
  • Building Sales Relationships:
  • Work with off-property sales teams to coordinate efforts effectively
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective customers
  • Conduct sales calls, FAM trips, trade shows, and entertainment to generate bookings
  • Engage with the local community to grow the customer base
  • Manage internal and external stakeholder relationships
  • Provide accurate and effective handover to Event Management
  • Sales Activity Management:
  • Join sales team members on calls to acquire or close business
  • Support sales operations by preparing proposals, contracts, and correspondence
  • Market Knowledge & Revenue Optimization:
  • Identify new business to meet personal and location revenue targets
  • Understand market dynamics (e.g., competition, trends, supply & demand) to sell strategically
  • Close high-value opportunities aligned with location needs
  • Understand target customers and tailor solutions based on their business concerns
  • Customer Service Excellence:
  • Support company's relationship and service strategy to enhance customer loyalty
  • Service existing accounts to increase market share
  • Execute customer service standards consistently
  • Model positive guest interaction behavior
  • Gather guest feedback on products and services
  • Candidate Profile Education & Experience:
  • 2-year degree in Business Admin, Marketing, Hotel/Restaurant Management + 3 years relevant experience
  • OR 4-year bachelor's degree in same fields + 1 year relevant experience
