Sales Manager Prime Loan Against Property

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role for the Prime Loan Against Property (LAP) segment, located in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will focus on building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to promote and deliver LAP financial products. Key responsibilities include identifying and acquiring potential customers, meeting sales targets, leading a team of sales professionals, formulating effective sales plans, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory and organizational guidelines. The role also involves coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless loan processing and disbursal.

• Proven expertise in selling financial products, particularly in Loan Against Property or similar domains
• Strong sales acumen, client relationship management skills, and lead generation capabilities
• Proficiency in team leadership, mentoring, and ensuring high-performance levels
• Ability to formulate and execute actionable sales strategies to meet organizational objectives
• Comprehensive knowledge of regulatory and compliance norms in the financial services sector
• Effective verbal and written communication skills and the ability to build trust with clients and team members
• Experience in client interaction and loan documentation processes
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field; MBA or relevant certifications are advantageous
