Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, manage, and motivate a team of Direct Sales Agents to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Drive sales of Loan Against Property products in the Prime segment
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market share
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners such as bankers, brokers, and intermediaries
  • Identify new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals
