Key Responsibilities:
Lead, manage, and mentor the telesales team to achieve business goals.
Drive revenue growth through effective sales strategies.
Train and onboard sales executives to improve productivity and conversions.
Develop sales scripts, pitch frameworks, and objection-handling strategies.
Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly team performance.
Set sales targets and ensure consistent achievement.
Build strong customer relationships and resolve escalations.
Analyze sales data and present actionable insights to leadership.
Requirements:
3–8 years of experience in Inside Sales/Telesales.
Prior experience in the Test Prep/EdTech industry is mandatory.
Proven experience managing high-performing sales teams.
Strong leadership, coaching, communication, and negotiation skills.
Hands-on experience with CRM tools such as LeadSquared or Salesforce.
Bachelor's degree required (MBA preferred).
