Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Own and drive the end-to-end sales lifecycle including lead generation, qualification, solution positioning, negotiation, and deal closure

Build, manage, and grow a robust pipeline of enterprise, OEM, and technology-driven customers

Understand customer business and technical requirements and propose customized IT services and product engineering solutions

Collaborate closely with pre-sales, engineering, and delivery teams to ensure solution alignment and successful deal execution

Develop and execute account plans, sales strategies, and go-to-market initiatives

Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets

Establish and maintain strong relationships with CXOs, procurement leaders, and technical decision-makers

Monitor market trends, competitor landscape, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities

Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and CRM updates

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.E./B.Tech Electronics, Electrical, Computer Science, Biomedical, or related fields)

MBA from a reputed institute (preferred)

710 years of proven sales experience in IT Services / Product Engineering / Hi-Tech environments

Experience selling solutions in one or more of the following domains:

Product Engineering Services

Medical Devices / Healthcare Technology

Industrial Automation / Embedded Systems

Storage, Cloud, or Enterprise IT Solutions

Strong understanding of technical and solution-based selling

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

Ability to articulate complex technical solutions into clear business value propositions

  • Proven experience working with enterprise and B2B customers
