Job Role: Sales Manager Personal Loan (DSA)

Job Function: Personal Loan

Job Purpose: The Sales Manager Personal Loan will be responsible for acquiring new customers for personal loans across designated branches in India. This role involves direct customer interaction, understanding their financial needs, and offering suitable banking products. The incumbent will act as a bridge between customers and the bank, ensuring exceptional service delivery. Additionally, the role includes catchment mapping, gathering customer feedback, identifying business opportunities, and deepening customer relationships to maximize lifetime value and contribute to the bank's growth objectives.

Key Roles And Responsibilities

  • Acquire new Personal Loan customers within the identified segment.
  • Consistently meet and exceed monthly targets for customer acquisition.
  • Analyze customer needs related to transaction banking and offer appropriate solutions.
  • Provide regular feedback to Relationship Managers on customer needs and business opportunities.
  • Ensure adherence to selling norms and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as defined by the organization.
  • Maintain strict compliance with internal policies and external regulatory guidelines.
  • Ensure high-quality sourcing aligned with the bank's policies.
  • Supervise catchment mapping and monitor customer feedback to identify potential opportunities.
  • Promote a culture of customer centricity, innovation, compliance, and integrity within the team.
  • Encourage automation and digital enablement to holistically meet customer needs.
  • Mentor and coach senior team members to align with organizational values.
  • Attract and retain top talent to support the bank's rapid growth targets.

Education: Any Graduate

Experience: Minimum of 2-5 years of relevant experience in BFSI
