Job Description

Brief Summary

Join a dynamic team as a Sales Manager, where your expertise will be key in driving strategic growth in the innovative B2B semiconductor sector. Leverage your strong communication skills and proven sales track record to forge lasting customer partnerships and enhance revenue.

Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue growth in emerging and strategic package substrate markets, such as BGA and Flip-Chip BGA. Own and meet sales targets by responding proactively to market changes and collaborating with headquarters and business units. Lead customer interactions and internal coordination to secure design-ins and wins for new projects. Manage qualification schedules and transition processes to mass production. Oversee mass production orders to meet sales goals while optimizing resources and product mix. Monitor regional semiconductor and substrate market trends, including demand and supply conditions. Develop and execute annual sales targets and strategies. Collaborate with internal teams to effectively resolve customer requests and escalations. Analyze and report market portfolios, including sizes, trends, and maturity. Support internal meetings with shipment results, status updates, and forward plans. Serve as the primary communication link between customers and internal stakeholders for all business-related matters.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, Business, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in business development and sales & marketing roles within the semiconductor, packaging, or passive components sectors. Specialized knowledge in the package substrate industry is preferred. Strong understanding of substrate products, manufacturing processes, and market dynamics. Excellent interpersonal skills for effective collaboration across cross-functional and multicultural teams. Well-developed facilitation, problem-solving, and analytical abilities. Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills. Proven capability to manage time efficiently and meet both short- and long-term objectives.
