Media 24x7 is seeking a mature, disciplined, and process-oriented Sales Executive to drive revenue growth in the Dehradun region. The ideal candidate will manage the sale of our owned outdoor media inventory to local and corporate advertisers.
This is not a typical high-pressure, shortcut-oriented sales role. We value professionals who understand that OOH is a relationship-driven industry. You will act as a consultant to brands, helping them navigate the outdoor landscape while adhering to strict internal processes and municipal compliances.
- Key Responsibilities
- Business Development & Sales
- Prospecting: Identify and acquire new clients across key sectors (Education, Real Estate, Retail, FMCG, Automobile, Healthcare, Government etc).
- Consultative Selling: Pitch Media 24x7's owned assets by highlighting location advantages, traffic metrics, and visibilitynot just price.
- Proposal Management: Create structured, professional media plans tailored to client budgets and marketing goals.
- Negotiation: Close deals within the approved commercial pricing framework, balancing volume with yield.
- Client Relationship Management
- Relationship Building: Serve as the single point of contact for agencies and direct clients, fostering long-term partnerships.
- Lifecycle Management: Manage the client journey from inquiry to campaign execution and renewal.
- Payment Discipline: Ensure clear communication regarding payment terms and assist the Finance team in timely collections.
- Process Compliance & Internal Coordination
- Documentation: Maintain strict adherence to official email protocols for all quotes, approvals, and commitments.
- Cross-Functional Teamwork: Liaise with Operations for site availability/mounting and Finance for invoicing.
- Regulatory Awareness: Ensure all proposed campaigns align with municipal advertising policies and site permissions.
- Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Achievement of monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Ability to sell at optimal rates rather than deep discounting.

- Educational Qualification
- Graduate in any stream (MBA in Marketing is an added advantage).
