Job Description

  • Drive regional sales strategy and execution for the paper segment, ensuring annual revenue targets are achieved.
  • Manage key accounts including large paper manufacturers, building long-term commercial relationships and identifying expansion opportunities.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing dynamics to provide actionable insights to leadership.
  • Own regional sales performance and contribute directly to P&L growth, working closely with operations and supply chain for seamless execution.
  • Represent the company in customer meetings, technical-commercial discussions, and industry forums.

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate brings 12+ years of experience in paper chemicals or the pulp & paper industry, with a strong track record of handling large mill accounts and driving regional sales growth. They are commercially sharp, confident in technical-commercial discussions, and comfortable owning revenue targets independently in an IC role.

With experience managing both existing and new customers, they understand pricing, negotiations, and market dynamics, and can convert relationships into sustained business growth.

Candidates with a Chemical Engineering or Chemistry educational background are preferred.
