Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager, located in Vadodara. The Sales Manager will oversee and drive sales strategies, build and maintain strong relationships with clients, and identify business development opportunities. Responsibilities include managing sales operations, analyzing market trends, generating leads, and meeting sales targets. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure an effective sales process and delivering exceptional customer service.

  • Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, and Account Management
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Strong understanding of market analysis and sales forecasting
  • Leadership and team management experience
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to dynamic market challenges
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
