International Sales Manager

The International Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Vadodara. The responsibilities of this role include developing and executing strategies to expand KWC's international market reach, identifying and managing relationships with global distributors and clients, conducting market research, and identifying sales opportunities. The role also involves negotiating terms of sales agreements, achieving sales targets, and contributing to the strategic direction of the organization by exploring new international markets and partnerships.

• Understanding of global market dynamics and experience working with international clients
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in market research, data analysis, and strategic planning
• Ability to travel internationally as needed
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, International Trade, or a related field
• Knowledge of wires and cables industry is an advantage
• Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
