Job Description

Locations: Chennai, Bangalore, Mumbai, and Kolkata

Profile : Sales Manager (Switchgear)

Experience- 5+ years

CTC- up to 10-12 (depends on interview /Last Drawn)

Working days 6 days (Only last Saturday off) (9am-6 pm)

Key Responsibilities:

Drive primary and secondary sales for switches.
Develop and manage dealer, distributor, and electrician networks.
Engage with contractors, consultants, and influencers to enhance brand visibility.
Achieve sales targets and monitor market and competitor activities.

Ideal Profile:

Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical product sales (Switches / MCB / Switchgear preferred).
Age limited not more than 40 years.
Strong exposure to retail and channel sales.
Good understanding of local market dynamics and influencer management.
Self-driven professional with excellent communication skills.
