Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager, located in Ahmedabad. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, creating and maintaining relationships with clients, and analyzing market trends to identify new opportunities. Day-to-day tasks may include managing a sales team, setting sales targets, monitoring performance metrics, preparing reports, and coordinating with other departments to ensure client satisfaction and business growth.

  • Client Relationship Management and Business Development skills
  • Market Analysis, Strategic Planning, and Sales Forecasting abilities
  • Team Leadership and Performance Management experience
  • Interpersonal, Negotiation, and Communication skills
  • Experience in CRM software and sales tools is advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
