Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager, located in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar. The Sales Manager will oversee the development and execution of sales strategies, manage the sales team, and build customer relationships. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, meeting sales targets, delivering client presentations, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Additionally, the role involves analyzing market trends and providing actionable insights to improve sales performance.

Qualifications
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to meet and exceed targets
  • Leadership and team management capabilities to effectively lead and motivate sales teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building and maintaining client relationships
  • Knowledge of market research, trend analysis, and sales strategy development
  • Experience in the doors and windows or similar industry is an advantage
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and other sales management software
  • Problem-solving abilities and a results-driven mindset
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
