Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Sales Manager based in Uttarakhand. The Assistant Sales Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, identifying opportunities, and driving sales growth. Key responsibilities include developing strategies to meet sales targets, coordinating with the sales team, maintaining accurate sales records, and providing reports to senior management. The role demands proactive engagement with clients, training and motivating sales personnel, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

MBA/PGDM

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in managing and motivating a sales team
  • Knowledge of marketing principles and strategies
  • Ability to analyze sales data and trends

Responsible for the development and achievement of sales of assigned territory.

Industry knowledge.

Explore the potential of the territory assigned to them by door-to-door visits and generate sales leads.

Convert the lead into Sales through negotiation.

Playing an integral role in new business pitches for our products and hold responsibility for the effective on-boarding of new clients.

Prepare business plans for all current and future business opportunities.

Security Guards selling.

Other Requirements:

Master's Degree in Business Administration (Marketing) MBA/PGDM.

Basic knowledge of sales & marketing.

Immediate Joiner
